As a skilled facilitator, Sawsan has extensive experience facilitating and guiding meetings and workshops for diverse groups, including civil society organizations, youth groups, and women’s collectives among others. Her work is characterized by a commitment to fostering environments where meaningful dialogue and shared vision can thrive. Drawing on her hands-on experience with various organizations, Sawsan has consistently supported individuals and teams to harness their leadership potential, whether in governmental institutions, grassroot campaigns, community organizing initiatives, or educational settings across Jordan, Afghanistan, Ethiopia, and Sudan.

With a background in human rights and leadership development, coupled with her bilingual abilities in Arabic and English, Sawsan effectively connects with people from diverse cultural backgrounds. She is committed to nurturing leadership that is inclusive, effective, and geared towards making a positive social impact.

Based in Amman, Jordan, Sawsan lives with her husband Ayman, whom with she shares mutual love for sports, the outdoors, and adventure activities. Sawsan also has a deep appreciation for good music from around the world.
