Nicola is an organizational development advisor and coach with over 15 years experience in accompanying teams and individuals in their development processes. She has worked as senior manager in a large development organization and combines her management experience and training to create tangible results for clients.

Nicola holds a Masters Degree in International Relations and is certified as systemic organizational development consultant. She is also trained as Gestalt therapist and solution-focused coach accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Originally from Germany, she has lived, studied and worked abroad for more than 20 years – in China, Japan, Australia, Indonesia and Ethiopia. She is passionate about exploring new cultures and feels that when we let us being inspired by differences and new discoveries, we grow as individuals, communities and societies as a whole.
