Jack is Senior Programs Manager and Facilitator at Lead Beyond. He is motivated by the power of big ideas to bring about societal change.
Through an EU-funded project with European Center for Electoral Support, he has catalyzed the capacity of thousands of civil society members and workers of the National Election Board of Ethiopia (NEBE), building a foundation for the first democratic elections in Ethiopia. With the Forum of Federations, Jack designed and delivered trainings on Federalism and Leadership Development for 140 of the top political party representatives in Ethiopia. Jack has consulted for a variety of other clients, including: USAID Ethiopia, the Inter-Religious Council of Ethiopia, senior leadership teams of Mercy Corps Middle East and World Vision Ethiopia, the Ministry of Agriculture, and more.
Having grown up in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, Jack uses contextual familiarity, cross-cultural communication skill, and fluency in Amharic and French in his work.
Jack is constantly reading. He enjoys discussing philosophy, history, poetry, and literature.
