Sisay Asrat is a Business Development Specialist and a trainer with Lead Beyond. After his Bachelor’s in Law, he graduated from Addis Ababa University with Master of Social Work. Sisay has served as a legal researcher, awareness creation and advocacy officer for Addis Ababa City Administration.

Sisay also has ten plus years experience in English language teaching at all levels at a private institution called English Zone school of Languages. The past four years, Sisay wrote and published a Spoken English Reference book “Practical spoken English book-one” to alleviate the hindrances of adult language learning. Currently he is the founder of a language training center named “Practical other Education Services.”

Simultaneously, he has been working as a Master Trainer for the Ministry of peace, First consult Consultancy, Volunteer Service Overseas (INGO). Currently he is working as business development specialist and trainer at Lead Beyond. He engages with national and international stakeholders reaching from NGOs to private corporations. He has a proven skill set of communication in multicultural settings, proven speaking and writing skills in Amharic and English, which he leverages to bring positive social and individual impact.
