Charlene is a certified executive coach (through the International Coaching Federation) and facilitator who lives in Nashville, TN, where she oversees all global operations for Lead Beyond. Charlene is drawn to study, understand, and further the deep human development and leadership research behind our essential tools. She has a family of young women who consider her a mother and she enjoys helping them grow, learn, and change. She also joyfully cares for her elderly mother and a Maltipoo named Niko.
Charlene’s passion is developing sustainable, thriving organizations of healthy individuals for Lead Beyond and our clients and partners.
